Reporting a bug

Please include as much detail as possible:

  • Your iOS version and device model (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.4)
  • NextBite version (Settings → bottom of screen)
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if helpful
  • The video link you shared (if related to processing)
  • Whether you signed in with Apple or Google

Which apps does NextBite support?

NextBite is built for food videos shared from TikTok and Instagram via the iOS Share sheet. Some YouTube-style links may also work depending on the URL format.

Is NextBite free?

NextBite is free to download and use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll update the App Store listing and these pages.

Why isn't NextBite showing in the Share sheet?

On iOS, open the share sheet, tap Edit (or More), and add NextBite to your favorites. Pinning NextBite makes saving videos much faster. This is the same tip we show inside the app.

How long does processing take?

After you share a video, our servers extract restaurant details in the background. Most links finish within a few minutes; complex videos can take longer.

How do I sign in?

NextBite requires iOS. Sign in with Apple or Google so your saved restaurants sync securely across devices.
