Depending on applicable law, "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," and "tracking" may have specific legal meanings. Our Privacy Policy (effective May 26, 2026) explains what we collect, how we use it, and when we may sell, share, or use information for advertising or commercial partnerships.
Current status
NextBite is focused on helping you save and organize restaurants. We may introduce advertising, data partnerships, measurement, attribution, or similar features in the future. If we do, we will update this page, our Privacy Policy, and App Store privacy disclosures as required.
How to opt out
If you are a California resident or otherwise have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising, you may submit a request by emailing nextbitesupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and enough information for us to verify your account (such as the email address you use with NextBite).
Where required by law, we will honor verified opt-out requests and applicable browser or device opt-out signals we are required to recognize.
App Tracking Transparency
If we use your data for tracking as defined by Apple, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt where required. You can also manage tracking and advertising preferences in iOS Settings.
Other privacy rights
You may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. See our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page.
